Don’ts

  • Dessert or dessert like foods
  • Fruit juices
  • Sweetened yogurt,smoothies
  • Dates
  • Sugar,honey,maple syrup

Do’s

  • Two servings of fresh fruits
  • Gentle Carbs in moderation(best gentle carb is Brown Rice ,it should be a serving of rice together with butter, lamb cutlets, and broccoli )
  • Magnesium Supplement(Check your magnesium level and take supplements of Magnesium)
  • Magnesium-rich diet improves insulin sensitivity and reduces the risk of diabetes. (Include : green leafy vegetables, legumes, and nuts)

Inflammatory PCOS

Don’ts

  • Wheat
  • Diary
  • Sugar
  • Processed meats
  • Sodas
  • Fried foods

Do’s

  • Berries
  • Fatty Fish(Salmon is rich source of anti - inflammatory omega - 3 fatty acids)
  • Leafy greens
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Oats(Traditional rolled and steel cut oats are higher in fiber than quick oats.)
  • Buckwheat groats are gluten - free and a great substitute for people who are sensitive to gluten.
  • BoiledEgg(Egg yolk contains vitamin D)
  • Oranges

Post-Pill PCOS/Pill-Induced PCOS

Don’ts

  • Keep sugar and white flour to bare minimum

Do’s

  • Beans
  • Dark leafy greens
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Berries
  • Organic animal protein(In general most experts believe that between .75 grams to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is optimal.For example, a 150 pound woman needs 112 - 150 grams of protein each day)
  • Plenty of fiber in your diet(For example: aim for two cups of vegetables with at least two meals each day or add in two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed to your diet)
Take one glass water and add One cinnamon stick, and 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds boil these and bring it down to one sip and have it on empty stomach.
Mix two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.Drink it daily in the morning on empty stomach.Continue for several weeks or until you see improvement
Mix one or two tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds in a glass of water, drink it daily for few months or until you see improvement
